Went there on February for Valentines to get a gift. Not only was the service at night time horrible they only had one register open the manager on duty Did not care to help no one. I called customer service they said that they were going to have the general manager I believe from that location to contact me. She contacted me once left me a message I called her back she told me she was going to give me a call back that she was really busy but she would call me back. So we’re already in September and I’m still waiting for the callback? Yeah this experience had has made me not want to buy at all from this location.And has turn me off from buying coach.
