I have shopped at this store many times but I have never heard the Store Manager and Clerks treat a customer as bad as I did today. When I entered the store there was a customer at the front counter waiting to be checked out. I started shopping and had been there at least 10 minutes when the customer at the front asked nicely if there was anyone that could check her out that she had been waiting 15 minutes. Next thing I heard from one of the aisles a lady whom I could not see hollered to the back of the store that there was a "RUDE LADY AT THE FRONT THAT NEEDED HELP. " the other lady said in a nasty way that she would be there in a minute. This upset me as I am old school so I spoke up and let them know that was rude and the lady did not deserve that. I asked where is your customer service? The Manager jumped out around the corner at the end of the aisle and said to me if I did not want to shut up then she would make me leave. The other Clerk started cackling and that's when I left my cart and left the store. This is not acceptable behavior from store managers and staff. I will not shop any where that does not uphold quality or who has no Customer Service. That's how we were taught and we would not have been there any longer if we did what these people at this store did. I suggest you fire them all and get a new crew.

I use this store; ALOT the store on WEST CENTRAL and everyone that works here is for the most part, friendly EXCEPT FOR the MANAGER with the red hair. When you first walk in you THINK she's friendly UNTIL😲 you ASK her a question or she HAS TO wait on you and then; her PERSONALITY is HORRIBLE! she makes you feel like you ruined her day by showing up there. All other employees are GREAT! very friendly & very helpful but I don't know what's going on with this manager 🤦 I usually try not to leave bad reviews on these things, only good, so I kept hoping for the best time after time, and I've only seen her in this store for maybe the last couple months (August, September maybe🤔) and she is never any different shes just RUDE, it doesn't get any better.😩So I will not be shopping at the WEST CENTRAL DOLLAR GENERAL anymore I will go the extra mile in the other direction do I don't have to ruin her day any longer. 😁SO CHEERS 🍹hope you have a great day soon 🤷‍♀️

The employees I met were great, helped me find what I wanted, and had a great sense of humor as we joked around a lot while we looked but not enough to hinder their work. Want to go back to buy more stuff just to get away from my boring life. All in all; I actually enjoyed shopping here. I'll definitely be back
