I visited Rolex, Omega, and Grand Seiko in design district and GS easily had the best customer service. They took the time to show me anything I wanted to see and answer my questions. He even got a feel for my taste after a few minutes and pulled out some limited editions to show me. Other boutiques I feel didn't want to show watches to people that weren't going to buy. GS understands seeing/feeling is believing and they took the time to make sure when I walked away, I walk away with a good taste in my mouth and with that being said I will be saving up for a Grand Seiko.
