I went to Studio 162 for the first time and left with the worst nails I’ve ever even witnessed. Luckily for me they didn’t even last a whole day. The nails were lumpy, mismatched colors, and came off within less than 24 hours. I reached out to the artist, Riley, about my concern (messaged nicely and even left a tip because she still devoted time to me) just to be met with a rude response. I even sent her these images and was then blocked. Unfortunately I didn’t realize until after the fact that some friends of mine have gone through this same experience.

Last time I got my hair done in July they did a great job however today I Had an appointment at 9am. The doors were still locked at 9:03am went back in at 9:10am and waited until 9:30 for someone to come to the front desk. Then was told by the hairdresser she didn’t have time to do my hair. Got a sorry. And left.
