I called LG after a local repair man checked my fridge and said he believes it's a compressor issue. Kosivi came out from A&E appliance which in text told me to review here. He was quick and professional. Told me LG would cover all expenses and replaced the compressor which he had with him in his service vehicle. My local guy wanted to charge me $500 to replace it once LG sent the part so I greatly appreciate their quick repairs all under warranty.

Service man showed up on time! Was very knowledgeable, and courteous! He was able to fix both washer and drier on the same day not needing to reschedule for parts! I would definitely recommend them!

The service technicians are excellent but you have to watch Sears billing. They'll try to charge you twice for the diagnostic fee if they have to come twice for the same service call.
