This Pizza Hut has constantly made multiple mistakes and messed up nearly every order I've had for years. They need to re-train all of their staff. Just go to dominoes instead.

Our pizza seemed a little tough and dry like it had sat there a while before I picked it up. It was just not as good as usual. I left my house 9 min after I ordered and it said 10 -20 min. I am only 5 min away and it was done when I got there.

Just ordered wings but they were big & great! My only recommendation would be to make sure your estimated time of delivery was more accurate. I ordered at around 6:30 p.m. and got an ETD of 8:15 p.m. The wings arrived at 7:15 p.m. which was great, but way off from the ETD. Had I left to run an errand based on the ETD, I would not have been there when the delivery came. Just a suggestion.
