Wishy-washy employees one will tell you you can bring something back if it doesn’t fit and it’s not used. Then another will tell you an entirely different thing. They use the excuse of state laws that are not in existence and lastly if you’re thinking about shopping there do yourself a favor roll tinfoil. If you’re unsure of a fit don’t go there I went back to their store less than five minutes after the purchase to show them what they told me was defective because he did not let me look at it. No worries though I got such a good bank they’re gonna get their money back from them and I’ve already got my $ back. Furthermore they have been reported to the Better Business Bureau and through my travels come to find out they might be under investigation use caution. If you want to cut out the middleman which they are use dhgate. No need to thank me

Decently priced Kratom, an assortment of glass and good price on whip. Only limitation right now is that they fall mid range for Omaha Kratom prices (I haven't tried the product they chose to carry so unsure if it's worth the price point) and the location is a little awkward to find. This as well as the fact that they aren't using a loyalty program like other other local glass shops have are the reasons why I can't go full 5* but the guy was nice and helpful today, so I imagine I will return occasionally and eventually discover a reason to fine tune my rating.

I bought a $120 water pipe as a Xmas gift for someone. The sales clerk was incredibly friendly, however, before making the purchase I tried to pull the stem out of the pipe and it would not come out. The clerk pulled it's replica off the shelf and pulled the stem out of that one and said, "see, it comes out." I thought ok we'll just get it out later no big deal. Well it was a big deal because it was wedged in so tight that we later couldn't get it out. After trying and trying the piece finally shatterred. And since the clerk told me there are no refunds, I know I can't and Won't be going back there. I bought my friend a replacement water pipe elsewhere and that one works perfectly. I feel like the clerk should have known better than to let me go home with a faulty piece. Lesson learned on my end. I will not be returning to this store.
