ASHLEY FURNITURE IS THE WORST FURNITURE COMPANY EVER!!!!!! I have never been so dissatisfied with any other consumer service in my entire life. Back in April my husband and I purchased a sofa and we paid in full which was a big mistake. We were told we’d recieve our couch by the end of July and August comes around and we’re told it’s delayed until October. That would be 6 months without a couch in our new home. So reasonably we decided to cancel our order and get a couch some where else which luckily we were able to purchase and receive our couch the same day and have same day delivery. Let me tell you, those smaller furniture stores are much better in pricing and everything else. Now it’s September and I was told I’d receive a refund by September 1st. It’s September 9 and I keep contacting customer care and they keep giving the run around about my refund and this is absolutely RIDICULOUS. The absolute worst customer service possible. They’re very quick to take your money and never give a refund. I feel like I have been robbed and scammed. Now I have been texting customer care agents via the customer care texting service and they also give me the run around and say they can’t help. $3,000 TO THE GARBAGE. STAY AWAY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE. And in case any one would CARE TO HELP US OUR ORDER NUMBER IS #499566. Also our king bed falls apart Everytime we lay on it. Furniture is grade f quality. I have also told about ten different customer care agents about 20 different times that the refund can’t be processed back to the credit care bwcauaw we no longer have access to that account and one day they tell me it’ll be via check and the next day they tell me it’s back to the Visa card. FINANCE DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO GET IT TOGETHER!!!??!!!?!

I tried to give this place a second chance and went in. Without checking reviews, bad idea. In the store they tell you everything is great and the warrantee covers Everything and the sales people are really nice . We went to store on w. 49 st and ordered a couch we were told 3 weeks for delivery and after the delivery date was set 3 delivery guys from city furniture show up at my house with the cleaning kit for the couch. They did not bring my couch and had no information as to why couch wasn't being delivered they were extremely rude and in a hurry to leave without trying to resolve the issue. I did not know that ashley and city furniture were one and the same . We have tried to contact sales person but they wont answer or return calls. Never again order from ashley or city furniture they will take your money and then do whatever they want except what they are suppossed to do . Please check reviews from customers before going into these 2 horrible establishments.
