The Barnes and Noble Book store I visited was associated with Rochester Institute of Technology. They probably do not carry a huge selection as a regular traditional bookstore would.
Be aware, however, that only textbooks needed for the upcoming term well be purchased. The best time to sell textbooks is during finals week.
