I had the unusual situation of having a mastiff puppy in the car when my husband asked me to run to the store. I would never leave her unattended in the car at any age for safety’s sake and as a puppy that’s just asking for my headrests to become leather chew toys. I called ahead and asked if the staff would meet pup and I at the door to make my purchase and provide ID and explained the situation. The staff laughed heartily and told me not to worry, just call when I got there and we could do the entire transaction without me leaving the car (or leave the 60+ pound puppy unattended). I arrived, called, and they came right out. It’s little acts of kindness like this that show you the value of sticking to the small locally owned businesses such as this. Thank you again for going above and beyond!!
