Front office staff was kind and helpful. The MA was quick to get me to a room and take vitals. The doctor helped me better than my own primary would have helped me. I switched primaries to their main doctor there. 10/10 had 3 great experiences here.

Rude employees. I go to the window to check my child in. She (a black lady, didn't see her name, She must be new as I had been to this UC before many times) asks if he had been there before. I have several kids, I couldn't remember for sure if he had. The lady responds smartly to me, "Well I need to know so I can grab the right paperwork." I said if you look him up in your system you'll know if he's been seen here or not. She gets this glare as she searches. He's there, she said. I get the simple form and I say we also have a supplemental insurance, I don't know if that info is in the system for him. She tells me to attach it to the clipboard when I return the form. I say ok. After a bit she says, Ma'am, I'm having trouble finding this insurance, I can't find this P.O. Box address and I said I don't know what to tell you it worked here before (and everywhere else I use it). I said can you just scan it and at least put it in your files, and maybe someone who works here can help you? I don't know her computer system or how she has to find things etc....why is she asking me? All I know is this is my card, that's the address on the back. I don't know. At the time a reddish head lady walks into receptionists area, maybe a PA?, I didn't see. She was ruder than the other lady! She accused me of being rude and denied us service! I was appalled! Like I mentioned we have come here for awhile but not anymore. The former staff were never rude like this. They didn't just lose 1 customer, they lost 12! I went right over to the MRMC ER and was greeted kindly, they asked me the same Q, is he in the system? I said maybe, not sure, she responded with a cheery, that's ok, we'll look him up. We got right it, all the staff were kind.
