As a new resident near this Bayside Clubhouse I am really happy to find such a place to spend time taking my daughter to a nice playground with a decent playset, swings and some play area. Also tennis courts, basketball courts and a nice pool for everyone. There is also an event hall with kitchen and bathrooms for parties and special occasions. Would love going here again.

Pool...clubhouse. Guard. Felt safe. Kitchen...clean; tables with chairs; back screened porch...Loved it!!!!!! Rented for graduation party

Do new homeowners have to pay a one time fee at the closing of home purchase in order to get access to Bayside Lakes Recreation Center? Or the annual HOA fee should be good to go? Thanks in advance.

Monthly HOA fee entitles a homeowner the use of the facility swimming pool, exercise room and etc.
