Gave them very expensive crossbows and other items. went to buy them back and noticed two LARGE scratches on the sides which are carved into the metal. the workers are very rude and have no respect for customers. made me feel very uncomfortable and upset when i got my crossbows back. overall horrible experienceThis is not true and surveillance proved it.

When I came back a week later to get my crossbows out of pawn one of them had deep gouges in it. They denied it being their fault but it wasn’t like that when I pawned them. Very angry with them! Will never do business with them again!! Very rude employees, think they know everything. One even told me he was wrong but wouldn’t fix his mistake when I pawned them!!
