I recently bought a used car and the radio wasn’t working at all. I tried to cut corners and buy an android radio(from China) thinking I could do it myself🤔 well…..it didn’t work out as planned but I have several friends that referred Ted and so I gave him a call to help me out. Come to find out, the item I bought wasn’t even compatible with my car(as promised online) instead of sending me away and saying hey…you need to send it back and go another route…..they were determined to make this happen and spent 3 hours….YES…3 hours to make it happen for me. I am still overwhelmed with not only the patience they had with it(because I myself would have said, forget this)but that there is still people that take pride in their work and continue to strive for customer service. Thank you guys again! You deserve more than 5 stars ⭐️

I needed to replace the audio system in my Suburban. Highway HiFi recommended an Audio Dynamics based system with a Kenwood head. I let them run with it and I now have the best sounding system I have ever experienced in a vehicle. They did a great job on the installation from the wire routing to the dash aesthetics. I highly recommend this business.
