Hi there. Thank you for your question! We offer water aerobics classes Monday through Friday. Monday through Thursday, we offer water aerobics classes from 9 to 11 AM, meaning one class at 9 AM and a another class at 10 AM! On Friday, we just have a 9 AM water aerobics class. Been awhile but they do sell cards. Maybe 1 for 3 visits $25
They are hoping to open Friday with limited hours but are unsure at the time check their website or FB for updates.
The people who work out here come in all shapes ans sizes. The trainers are great as well as helpful. No intimidation at all.
There are separate men's and women's shower and changing rooms. I've swum at Coastal Fitness for over a year, and no one has ever bothered me in the women's dressing area.
