Sept. 13, 2022 This year the pool didn't open until July 19th. They claimed bc of some law passed they were waiting on an electrician bc they were fixing all pools...hmm.... why did all the other pools around town open on time?? They're increasing everyone's rent by at least $150/month. Cheapest repairs/ upgrades and charge the most. A friend recently moved out. He reported a branch had fallen and broken his porch light and siding on bldg. He had the maintenance request documented and Therese is trying to charge him for the repair. They didn't even come out until 2 months later... but never fixed either one. They are closed on American holidays & Jewish holidays. Cheap, greedy, & dishonest! A duck is a duck is a duck. I call it like I see it. Nothing in my review is untrue. STAY AWAY DON'T DO IT! YOU WILL REGRET MOVING HERE! THERESE MINER is the property manager and is a funt....yes I said funt. I'm sure you can figure it out. That word is for very special/The worst so called human beings.. They are Trash landlords. The pool didn't open for the summer until mid August. They took over the property November of 2020. They had 8 months to prepare the pool and get it ready to open. They were more concerned about making unnecessary changes to the apartments than fixing what really needed to be fixed or preparing to open the pool instead of having it closed for the majority of the summer.For residents that have lived here they have raised rent by at least a $100 for all residents. Every other apartment complex that I've ever been at has maybe raised by 10 or $15 but not by a $100. Some people can't afford that but they don't care about their residents! They look for any and every reason to Charge more money to you.

I enjoyed living there! Moved in 2020 so I was in one of the older units rent went to high that I couldn’t afford it any longer!!! I moved out at the end of July and here it is almost the end of August and I still haven’t received my security deposit back… I have call numerous times and get told the same thing every time I call….. I even went so far as to call THE CORPORATE OFFICE and they are just as worse with the excuses!!! Things are expensive now a days… my last light bill was almost $300 because I kept having issues with my A/C unit… It was finally replaced a couple days before I moved out but it didn’t help me none considering the high light bill I got….. My security deposit would have paid for that but it don’t look like I will be getting it since I’m just getting the run around… It’s not ok to play with peoples money like that!…. But besides that, it was a really nice place to live at and its in a very convenient spot to everything which I loved!!

Told they had a room for 1150 but as soon as reservation fee was paid, they immediately told the room for 1150 isn't available anymore so I should either have moved to another upgraded room(which was even worst) or wait for another couple of months. Their strategy was to give false information until the payment was made and as soon as the payment was made, they start increasing price for everything. AVOID THIS PLACE, THEY'LL SCAM YOUR MONEY IN THE DAYLIGHT
