There is absolutely nothing better than being able to sit in a quiet establishment surrounded by books of all genres. An added plus is that they have Starbucks within the bookstore. Just be mindful that the bookstore Starbucks does not accept the rewards program.

Customer service needs improvement, if a bunch of Karens got together and applied at the same store I wouldn't be surprised. Did not feel welcome, didn't have my order ready for pick up like the email I received told me. I work in customer service so I expect the same level of customer service I provide. No wonder Amazon is beating every store, they replaced mean employees with a web page. Be better.

They have tons of selections on baby book. They have a wonderful children section. I suggest you take a look at the website then have a look it's fun to walk through.
I just looked at some physical therapy books and they don't have any in stock at the store. But you can buy online and have it shipped to the store . Hopefully that helps. Have a good night.
You can also go on Barnes and Noble website and search your book and see if it is in stock. There is another store in Calabasas as well.
It depends. WA state will give it to you for free. You may have to ask the manager or call.

Others are right. This is not the best way to find out. Even if they do have it now, by the time you get there the last could be sold. Best to hit the Assistant microphone say "Okay Google - what is the Barnes and Noble phone number in Thousand Oaks? Ask the clerk and if they do, ask them to reserve it.
