I scheduled an appointment for a sports physical. I stated I would like the whole family to begin going here and that I would fill out the paperwork when I got there. I get here and lady goes $10 I said I have insurance. At which time her attitude changes, states the sports physical would be easier and less hassle and I have a $10 copay anyways. Well not for physicals, they free. Next thing she has no idea how it works and would need to ask someone. I paid my $10 and that’s all I will be doing at this clinic..the secretary did come to apologize. Just to find out they aren’t “family” as they won’t take anyone under 12. Also my appointment was at 4 and it’s alrwady 20 minutes pass. The doctor is sitting in a conference room not doing anything conference related. Don’t go here!
