I called the store to speak to a manager just to ask for a certain cup and if it could be ordered for me since I read about the stores are able to do that. Some kid name BRAD answered the phone and was nice at first until I asked for a manager . I was very nice about it. He put the phone down thinking he put me on hold/mute and I could hear him talking to the shift supervisor which was a female and saying how an annoying customer was on the phone asking for a manager. He came back to the phone and said they didn’t have it, So then I asked him the question if it could be done as a special order and he put the phone down again thinking he put me on mute/hold and told the shift supervisor that I was insisting on talking to a manager and that I wouldn’t take no for an answer! Also that I was being annoying! Which all of that was NOT TRUE! I asked a question and was not insisting on talking to a manager! Listen BRAD! Next time you want to talk about a customer behind the phone, think first because you never know who could be listening, treat people how you would want to be treated! because what you did was extremely unprofessional. I’ve worked in retail for 14 years and this is not how I would treat a customer! A PAYING CUSTOMER!

Always the nicest welcome at this local Starbucks. They don’t have a drive through but they are super fast when I place an order to have ready on arrival. Also love that the locals are here daily…I never go in without seeing at least one person I know.
