Making a payment is easy. You can make a payment anytime by logging in to your account online or on the OneMain mobile app. We also accept payments by mail, at participating retailers or over the phone on our Customer Service line. Also, you can pay by check or debit by visiting us at the Wallace branch.
By filling out our online prequalification form, you will be able to see if you are prequalified for a personal loan without impacting your credit score. Please note that a hard credit pull will occur when you submit your loan application after prequalification, which may impact your credit score. Once you are prequalified and submit your loan prequalification form online, a team member from our Wallace branch will contact you and continue the loan process with you. You can also start the prequalification process at your local Wallace OneMain Financial branch. Please make sure to contact a local branch specialist to go over the list of documents you may need before your arrival. If you're unable to make it during regular business hours, we also offer after-hours appointments by request.
