The marina is a little small but to be expected. Yes there wasn’t much to tour and sight see but it was decent. I tried the restaurant near by and I like it. Their smoothies is on point! Overall, the experience here wasn’t bad. I feel welcome here and wasn’t treated like an outsider. The ticketing process was quick and easy. The parking lot is a good decent size too. The walk got me a little sweaty. Definitely recommend and yes I will be going next time. The ticket should be lower since the island activities and food is very expensive already.

This is a place that truly looks after people. From the dock master to their members, it’s a place where one can truly be welcomed and relax. Veteran friendly. True, as you may have heard, the ferry boat can rock the docks, but in this area, it’s the friendliest place one could be.

Yes plenty of parking. Knowing bald head they may charge extra to park though. Call ahead to make sure about the charge. As parking goes, there plenty.
No. They quit allowing that just before hurricane Florence
Don't believe there is a maximum..we had our boat there for almost a year
There are people who will take you out from Southport or meet you on Bald Head. Call the Harbor Master on Bald Head, they can point you in the right direction.
