Price is pretty good for the area, but service is absolutely terrible. I have gone through 4 or 5 modems in 1 year. The modem that I have now constantly power cycles and it was brand new as of 2 months ago. Service drops constantly. Service guys are nice, but trying to get them out to your house is a nightmare.
