Extremely poor service. Stood inside at the counter for over 12 minutes. Employee in the lobby told me someone would be right over. She was talking to all the other customers waiting on their orders inside. I finally was acknowledged by the lady behind the counter and she walked over and put up a sign to say sorry we’re not serving inside. She denied me service. If that’s the case, close and lock the door. The door was propped wide open with “open”.

I ordered a small strawberry coolatta they told me frozen machine was broken. I ordered an avocado toast and hummus and tomato toast. Neither was toasted. and the hummus and tomato had no tomatoes on it. Also jelly had mold in it??? I didn’t have time to go back in because im on my way to Florida

This is, by far, the worst Dunkin' I have ever used. I have attempted to give this location the benefit of the doubt as they have changed the management team 3 times in the past two years. This latest one has to be the worst. I understand being busy and I completely understand being understaffed, which is why I am blaming management and not the associates that typically take the brunt. You can tell that these new associates did not receive proper training, guidance on how to prioritize, or the resources and leadership needed to perform their job proficiently. Today I placed a mobile order 15 minutes prior to arrival, even "confirmed" I was there before I got there as I know Monday mornings can be a little crazy. I waited for 25 minutes, received my food... an additional 20 minutes later I received both of my, very simple, iced coffees. When I finally tasted my coffee and my food, it was the most horrid thing I have tasted. Save yourself the headache and go straight to the North East location instead...

i come to this dunkin all the time . and the service is usually fast and good but today was different. i came to dunkin for 3 things . 2 drinks and a bagel , something quick and easy . the girl who took my order had blonde hair and was on facetime with her friend not even listening to what i was saying and she messed up my order 2 times . there was multiple other people inside and i had to wait 30 minutes for 3 things because they made a nice gentleman who deserves a raise named will do everything literally everything. he was running around doing everyone’s order while everyone else just sat there doing nothing . never in my 5 years of coming here have i experienced this but i certainly will not be coming back .
