Tired of being treated poorly for just wanting to order food. Staff is always rude and makes you feel bad for adding avocado. Won’t be coming back until things improve.

Great coffee and food! I got the Casa Kicker latte and irish cream cold! My wife a regular latte this trip. This is a drive through or walkup window establishment only. They have several options for coffee lovers as well as tea, smoothies, and breakfast, lunch, dinner options as well. The barista's are friendly and the establishment is clean and the menu is easy to see and understand, it explains what each item is as well as the ingredients and price.

Bad food at high prices! spoiled salad! 10 years ago Casablanca was a great place to eat cheap and vegan. no longer. next time I'll go to tacobell. over the last few years my experience is consistently terrible! the burritos are ALWAYS the worst distribution of ingredients; salsa only on one end, beans on the other, the middle pure raw cabbage. the salad is always distressed. and now their prices are as high as other sit down dining available. the management needs to learn how to train and inspire their workers.

As a standard we sanitize all commonly touched surfaces every hour, as well as during slower times, we mandate mask wearing, we teach employees to keep distance from customers, we mandate glove wearing, and promote hand sanitizing and washing often. We have hand sanitizers all around our stores, and provide for walk up customers. We change gloves, and or sanitize after touching cash, we implemented a new sanitizing system utilizing a revolutionary Lactic acid cleaner which has proven to kill bacteria in 30 seconds or less much more efficient than bleach water. We do Contactless payments, as well as free online ordering limiting our contact with customers. We also work to keep our crews working at one store as to limit contact between employees. We are also using boxes or bags to limit contact with the wrapped or boxed food. Every night the entire store is sanitized, and disinfected. We cannot be perfect, but we have made an effort to be be safer during this time.
