Some general info on filing. Clerks office open from 9-2 for in person filing. But the outside drop box open from 8-4. So be prepared to have a large envelope for your papers before putting them in drop box. Using the Dropbox can cause delays if there's a mistake in your paperwork. Clerk's office now closes for lunch from 12-12:30 because God knows all clerks have to take lunch at the same time. The option to appear by zoom or phone is still listed on their website under remote appearances. (click on zoom link to the correct courtroom) If you are in a contested child custody hearing it may be helpful to appear in person.

Once you come for jury duty they will give you a parking pass (or at least they used to). Safest to park a block or two away where it's not 2 hr parking the first day.

I'm not sure mostly any court dates are on zoom. But call the clerks office they can tell you definitely what's going on.
Go to court operations, 421 I st. They have the paperwork. They're on the I street side of courthouse.
Make sure have it signed off by a police officer or sheriff's deputy. Entrance is 421 I st. Which is right across from US Bank.
Should be on your paperwork requesting your appearance. If not, you can find out by calling district attorney's office. If all else fails, you can go on line after 5 pm on the 28th. Go to humboldt County home page, then government, then law and justice, then superior Court. Left top of that page is court calendar. Click on view all courts and you get an alphabetical list of all cases. If can't do any of above, show up at 8 am on 29th and can view calendars on 2nd floor.
Yes. But it's recommended to make your reservation 2weeks in advance.
