CHECK YOUR ORDER & COMPLAIN, ASK FOR REFUND if they short u! I ordered and picked up a 9 piece bucket yesterday and when arrived home, I counted 3 times, only 8 pieces were in the bucket. A 9 piece without coupon is $22.49, very expensive, so shorting 1 is quite a bummer. I had a coupon so saved me a few dollars. I wrote to corporate already so let's see. The asian guy is a regular staff there so short counting 1 was....a bummer.

I ordered family buckets and some fries. OMG, they disappointed me big time for the 3rd time. Chickens were mostly thighs and they were dry, very dry. I believe they just re-heat them. So old and all you can taste is burned oil. French fries were same. Selling me food that were sitting out for a while, makes me feel I am robbed! Not the first time this has happened so if you wanted some chicken for the lazy night, stay away from this place. Save your money and time, look somewhere else! This is a homeless feeding location and they just dont care about the quality of the food.
