The Manager is the only One capable of doing anything ... while inside I watched , she prepped all the food wrapped all the food ran the register ... Mgr . handed the food to a helper , out of a variety of bags lined up , he would place items here then there , Seemingly not even know what he was placing in any given bag , chronic complaints of persons getting the wrong items , I can see why ,,, there may be 3 to 5 employees working being paid , the only ones doing any work are the Mgr. and the window person handing out the packed food and taking payments .,,, There was a DMgr there while I was there , I spoke with him about an emulator program so possibly , payments could be made on line and orders ready for pickup / Ready when customer arrived ,,, Between Ipads , androids , windows ,7 , 8 , 8, 9 , edge , google , the variety of program versions No wonder the On Line payment system wont fly , u can place countless items in a cart , just cannot complete the purchase ... Its a Wonder the Store Manager is still Sane , Paz

The staff is nice, but I have yet to get a correct order when going through the drive through. They also don’t give me items I was charged for, which is incredibly frustrating.

Boycotted this location before. Thought new management would fix it. Still the same problems. They do not put nearly enough ingredients in the tortillas. Gave it one more try and ordered extra meat and cheese hoping to at least get enough of that. They charged us for the extras and then gave us crunchwraps so thin, you could feel that it was almost nothing but tortilla through the wrapper. I am not exaggerating when I say there was about a tablespoon of meat in there.

Horrible Taco Bell location around, employees smoking outside with wait line more than 20 cars in drive thru. This store management should consider checking what’s happening big hassle always at this location. Don’t stop here if you want real fast food from drive thru. Hassle Hassle waited 90 minutes and finally they closed with no food.
