My order was wrong, Gave me a higher costing breakfast than what I ask for/ordered. Didn't have the time to come back to get it fixed. I haven't been, or seen McDonald's get my orders right in several months. Guess I'll go somewhere else, where my order will be right, and not cost me extra money. The only good thing was the drive thru wasn't busy.

First time in there today. Was notified by one of the employees that the mobile app options are no good due to "groups of people" entering and all getting there free offer, provided by the app. I insisted that at least it wasn't one person coming in and getting the same stuff for free which would be much worst. As well as when a order was made by my wife the lacked the hearing capacity to add bacon to the sandwiches lucky we checked before we left. If a business lacks one thing it will lack another.nothing wrong with the food so I would still recommend.

I've never in my life been to a restaurant which I've done management for over 19 years where they did not have anything to drink They had no boundaries and the weight was still outrageous they need to get Their workers trained way better in customer service

If I go here once a day, 5 out 7 times (in 1 week), the food is good and how it should be. The other 2 days the meat is overcooked and the fries are soft, undercooked and chewy. Those 2 days of the week are why I stopped eating mcdonalds more than once a week. So thanks alot, and thank you.

It could be anyone in the store doing it, even one of the managers. Call company headquarters and tell them what happened.
