My wife and I go to this Denny’s because it’s close to my work. Our server, Manal, is a real sweetheart. She’s always friendly and takes really good care of us. This Denny’s has by far the best service in town.

The owner of this franchise needs to get his butt in the store to see how much worse it is compared to before the pandemic! Presentation, does it look like something the customer wants to eat?, was awful!

Tell whoever picks up the phone what you're after, not exicitly ask for a manager first. Ask whomever picks the phone up. They probably think you're calling to complain.. Hence the Neverending hold
