Never in life have I had to PROVE who I was for a take out order. I don’t mean confirming the name or the order. I mean showing identification. It happened twice. Normally the staff is quite friendly but they really need to train EVERYONE on customer service, common decency and common sense.

Just there ordered chicken noodles soup. There was 1 piece of chicken and 2 pieces of celery. No noodles. Just broth. Very upset.

What happened to the chili? I've tried to get it for the past week and they looked at me like I had 3 heads and just landed here from Mars! Can't get any soups in the "family size" quarts.
