7-13-'22 Nice pharm tech ok, but the store shelves are decimated. Just sell the store to CVS cuz Rite Aid is on life support & it ain't pretty - or useful.

I only write reviews when something extraordinary occurs. I write this one nearly 3 months after my encounter because I am still struggling with the aftermath. In February I was shorted about 5 days worth of my medication. I first called on a Sunday. The float pharmacist said he would look into it and have someone else get back to me because he was simply the float (on call or whatever). Approximately a week later I went into the pharmacy to see what the deal was. Talking to pharmacist Errick Craven, I was belittled and accused of mismanaging my prescription. Or someone in my home stole it. Trouble is, I live alone, NEVER have guests as my place is very small. The only other living being who comes into my dwelling is a very old cat. I don't think kitty dables with rx abuse. I know that things can happen in a pharmacy. I know sometimes certain medications go missing. I tried discussing this with Pharmacist Craven. He exploded with anger. It made me wonder if he might have his own demons when it comes to certain kinds of medications. I ended up discussing this with my insurance. They said to pay cash and wait for reimbursement. Returning to speak with Pharmacist Craven, I remained professional and empathetic as I know he doesn't have an easy job. He wouldn't even try good rx to see if the $900 dollar out of pocket could be eligible for good RX discount. Pharmacist Craven continued to be aggressive, rude and belittling. All these months later my insurance won't reimburse me even though I have submitted all necessary paperwork. They claim the script was processed with good rx. How could this be when pharmacist Craven wouldn't even take the time to have his tech reprocess my script through good rx? There is something seriously amiss at this Riteaid and it's not just pharmacist Craven and his unprofessional work ethic. Based on my experience someone is stealing both meds and pursuing insurance fraud. I have all the proof, if someone gave a damn.

Went here after ER discharge for emergency medications. I had been a RiteAid customer for most of my life, with exception of last couple years... The pharm tech was extremely rude to me and kept giving me all these excuses as to why they couldn't fill it.... this RiteAid were the only pharmacy still open in the area. So ultimately they refused to fill my emergency prescriptions and I had to wait many hours in excruciating pain to have my medications filled at CVS, who filled the scrips without batting an eye. I would give 0 stars if possible.

They do serve Thifty's ice cream near the store entrance. :)
Looks like 8am to 9pm daily.
Hi Dan, good question. I imagine it varies based on the card machine and processing company.
