Worse experience living here as my first apartment. Moved here in December and within the first 48 hours my heat went out, I had to call emergency maintenance multiple times and it took them a week to fix it. I have a small child and we were both in here freezing to the point where my family had to bring me multiple heaters and were worried about the apartments urgency to fix this as well. Second incident my catalytic converter and exhaust pipes were sawed off recently and I made a police report and went to the leasing office about my concerns and who I believe did it within the complex, they didn’t do anything. I even reached out to the property management (Beacon Managment) about the incident and haven’t heard anything at all. Now my air has not been working in my apartment and has been at a steady 87 degrees for over a week and I called maintenance multiple times and they lied continuously saying that they were on their way. No one ever showed up. I have a health condition and this is just entirely too much. I wouldn’t recommend this complex to my worse enemy. I have been stressed living here from day 1. I was told if I wanted to move out of my apartment into a new one I would have to start and entire new lease and this would be considered breaking the lease and I have had multiple complaints that I have made that have not been addressed also. A joke, and I’m fed up. Furthermore, I was told I would get a dish washer and patio with my apartment, did not receive either one and I have proof of this being stated by the leasing office manager in a viewing video that I recorded when I came to look at the apartments for the first time. When it was brought to her attention recently she had a nasty attitude about the situation and told the other employee nothing was ever guaranteed to anyone, which was a lie.
