Ordered from jets last night. Did the text to order and got a bbq chicken pizza but only half the pizza with chicken. Receipt on the text showed for only half to have chicken but when I picked it up had chicken over it all. Didn’t realize until I got home so had to go back. I explained what happened and they explained how however their system printed the ticket, it didn’t show only half chicken. No fault of their own just a system error. Nevertheless they were happy and quick to make a new pizza for me. I have always had good experiences at this location. Might be a stumble or two along the way but they are just human. It’s how they handle the stumbles is what will keep me coming back.

The first one was on the house, great business ethics, it was my wifes first time eating Detroit style pizza, shes from the south, so they didnt charge us and we should have paid twice and tipped..ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS
