Have one star because you have to do that at least. Service was horrible, took forever to get the server, India. She took our order, my husband and I both ordered the chicken fried chicken with 2 sides. She never brought me a refill on my water after she said she would. Took forever 45 minutes to get our meals, people that came in after us got their meals before us. When our meals came, mine was chicken fried steak, I told her we both had chicken fried chicken, she said she must have misunderstood and stood there looking at me, I told her I would never order beef I can't eat beef and handed her the plate. She walked away. 10 minutes later the manager came over said she was sorry for the misunderstanding and they are short handed and she is on the line cooking and helping. We explained she said she would fix it. It took another 25 minutes, the restaurant was empty as it was now 8:50pm. The manager brought me a small plate with 2 pieces of fried chicken on it, no gravy, no steamed carrots, told her to just box it to go. She did half price our meals, but the damage was done. I had fried chicken pieces with gravy, not chicken fried chicken. HORRIBLE!

I have been eating here since I was a kid. Food wise, great! After 15 years we have had 1 overcooked ham slice and experienced slow carryout during the pandemic. Makes an excellent staple restuarant to eat at or order from. I can never get tired of wandering the shop area.

I ordered to-go lunch to take to my mother who is in a nearby nursing home. I ordered fried chicken tenders with 3 sides. She eats very little, but she loved it as an alternative to the N. H. food. The food was great at a reasonable price. One order was plenty for us both to eat, and I had extra to take home. The food was good at a great value.

Got a country fried steak and dumplings while in the area. I placed a takeout online order and my food was ready and waiting when I arrived. This location is exactly what you hope for when you go to Cracker Barrel, and the food was delicious. Staff was also super friendly. Would stop there again.
