It was 1 hour after drop off when the car was ready. It looks amazing. I recommend this place.

The car wash was fast, but didn't seem thorough enough. I finished things off afterwards with a flannel rag. But, it was close enough.

I was thinking of giving 3 stars but when I got my car back- I was disappointed. I know I haven't cleaned my car for a few months but thought vacuuming was included in the monthly package. I saw there was a sale on the Groupon deal. I called ahead to make sure how the process goes. I parked, went inside the cashier to redeem the Groupon then drove the car through the car wash way. When I got my car back, some of the windows still had stains, and, as the picture shows, the carpets were still dirty. The only that's shiny is the exterior of my car.

Front window not clean. Upsold on interior shampoo that left things sticky and smelly and didn't even wipe that clean, so the seats were slimey. Expensive. And took 30 minutes. Never going back.

My first experience at Ducky’s Car Wash Menlo Park,Was very bad, I arrived Saturday 28, 2019 and asked the seller that they gave me exterior and interior service and carpets and he told me that he recommended the deluxe service that includes everything. It was my surprise that when they called me that my car was ready I looked and the inside wasn’t clean I called the manager and he told me that I had to pay more because that service I pay didn’t include that service. I told him why I have to pay more for cleaning inside it was a bad experience because they must train their vendors well to give you good information about the services that remain and the prices and good custumer service, I do not recommend that Ducky’s Car Wash Menlo Park. Nobody told me sorry for the wrong information.
