I ordered a Mini TB Tofu with red beans. But they didn’t put the red beans in it. Since this is a pick up order, I couldn’t find the problem until I got home. I tried calling them but no people answered the phone and I couldn’t do anything except post it here.

Really hate the online order system. Also, the shaved ice is sub par.

orders take over 20 minutes. the problem is how you are supposed to eat it. i ordered a slush. it came with a straw. they don’t mix the ingredients. ice is at the bottom, milk is on top, taro is on the side. i asked them to put the taro back into the drink and the literally just threw it into the bottom. it is so hard to eat it. why don’t you at least mix the ingredients so that people can eat it???

No, this is not traditional Hawaiian shave ice. The ice is Shaved ice, but there is no ice cream in there besides toppings.
Because it is a desert place, of course it is all desert related item, as for food like sandwich items try the tea place next to it.
