The worst experience possible: this bank is here to emphasize on people. Their business practices are very unethical. The process in which they qualify you are terribly unethical. They ask you for a w2 after you decide on a car and later when you are in possession of a vehicle, they deny you the loan due to human errors on their end. After talking to clerks at the branch but not the "digital bankers" they denied my application with no counter offers or resolutions. If you want to speak with someone in person good luck, theyre untraceable. I am of Latin descents and my skin color is brown, I'm confident this is prejudice and discrimination. I'm closing my busines account, personal checking and credit cards. Seriously a waste of time, BOA, Chase, Wells or any other lending institution is a better option. The amount of effort and time they consumed with no accountability is they most disrespectful experience I have ever seen. The employees from start to finish: Rebecca, her manager Melissa who offered no solutions but a very sadistic "you are denied" response, and Lisa. They will not care about you as a person or a customer.

After having a couple of bad experiences at the Brokaw location, I came to this location and they provided the best customer service experience I've had since opening my account! They actually explained the process of opening an IRA to me and even helped me find a solution on where to get tax advice in order to get started. Thank you for your help!

Hi Abera, our ATM's are part of the CO-OP network, and if you have the CO-OP symbol on the back of your card you can make a deposit at our ATM. Check in with your Credit Union for their policy on holds when depositing into our ATM.
Hi, yes there is. You may use the ATM that is located outside of most of our branches. When visiting our Branch in Milpitas, you will see a card reader by the door. You can slide any ATM or Debit Card in the card reader to access the ATM. Once you enter your card, the light will turn green and you will hear the door unlock. You can open the door and use the ATM.
