The people working there need a LOT more training and learn to be nicer to the customers. All of them have an attitude problem. I'll never use spectrum again.

8am to 5pm closed lunch Noon to 1pm. It's a set schedule thst makes it impossible for working folk to swap boxes or pay bills - can't even get it done at lunch break.

Yes you can, I picked up equipment there last week
Unfortunately no. Equipment is region specific (Dayton includes stores in Troy, Beavercreek, Springfield and Dayton itself.) As an alternative you can take it to The UPS Store instead! They will ship it to the correct market free of charge and can print you a receipt for it 👍
Yes, the store allows you to exchange or pickup new equipment at any time so long as your service is within the Columbus market.
The Marysville location has closed. This location opened in July 2019 to serve the greater Columbus/Dublin/Marysville community.
