They do not return inquiries for quotes submitted via email or directly on their website. Zero communication. After reading other reviews of this place, it seems this is par for the course when it comes to their [lack of] customer service.

It September 2022 and the showroom is still by appointment only. Luckily we did make an appointment and was able to checkout the bikes inside. Salesman was courteous but the prices continue to show dealer mark up. Its seems like they have more inventory than ever but what do I know. We didn't feel we can get a fair deal so we left to see a few other dealers who are fully open.

Excellent experience!….Ulysses (tech) was very knowledgeable & friendly….they do require appointments perhaps due to limited staff but great selection and fair pricing…fixed my go kart on schedule & under budget…very happy!

Wish I would have read the reviews PRIOR to driving 2 hours to pick up a UTV. Saw a Kawasaki 4x2 Mule advertised in an ATV publication for $7,299. Called to confirm they had it in stock & confirmed the price. Arrived and the salesman reviewed the out-the-door price & it came to $12,600 that included $2,700 "dealer profit"!!! Left the store & drove up to Gilroy & purchased a 4x4 Mule for$12,000 out-the-door. Terrible business practices!!! 😤
