Tried 3 times to rent a scooter in San Francisco area. 1st attempt was 3 days out. So after 4 days with 2 attempts to rent thru thus site with no luck, now I'm out of luck. No reliability with this site. Update, now I get a call after posting this review from Florida, saying I should have called before placing my order to check availability? If that's the case then have that posted on your website before someone orders. Really lov the attempt of the person who called me to make it sound like it was my fault, and to persuade me to change my review. Now I wonder how many with issues were hit with this tactic. #truthhurts

Ive booked an electric scouter 2 times in the last week and a half and both were canceled due to there owner partners not taking the order and looking at the reviews (none less than 2 years ago) all be stellar and quick promt service yet i cant rent one in San Francisco calif i find it hard to beleave they are claiming to be the great company for helping people with mobility issue's
