Horrible horrible experience. If you don’t have an appt they will not serve you like a customer. I was just there to look for some bridal shoes and the only lady that I had to go look for and ask for help didn’t really help at all. She kept telling me everytime I’d ask her for a size that she needed to go check on her bride, then her flower girl. I was so upset that I ended up leaving the place and feeling like wow I must not be a customer than because their not helping me. There were at least 6 ladies in front of the store all chit chatting and not one of them even bother in greeting or going to see if we needed help. Im glad I didn’t serve them with my business. This is such a horrible place to even consider for your big day. All the staff was very rude and unprofessional.

I used David's Bridal but if I had known of them before, I would have gone to Sew N So on S/W corner of Blackstone and Herndon. They were amazing and didn't even charge a rush fee like David's bridal. David's Bridal is WAY over priced for alterations.

Try on dresses?
They never offered the undergarments to us. We only bought bridesmaids dresses there though, not the wedding dress.
We didn't have any problems Polite staff, ordered bridesmaid dress and paid for dress same day, came in earlier then expected and we were able to leave it there for alterations (not much cost at all) and picked up the week before wedding. Never an additional cost except for alterations and no interest charged.
