I had originally came in about 5 months ago. My sells rep Ruben was wonderful to work with but unfortunately at the time I decided to take my business elsewhere due to a remark one of the managers made. I decided to talk to Ruben again about trading in my car for something better. At first it was a little difficult because of something on my end. I ended up messaging my Sells Rep Ruben and asked him for another option. He said he would get back to me and he did. I ended up comping up on my lunch and got everything done and taken care of. Ruben thank you again for working so hard and getting me into my new car. I appreciate your great customer service skills and look forward to doing business in the future.

If you ever own a Chevy and you bought it from a dealership and you do michanic work yourself on your vehicle dont expect any help from these guys they tell you hold on let me find someone can i put you on hold and then hang up on you.. Wow what customer service.. Not

Joh was again very nice and helpful. I arrived for my oil change appointment and he asked me if I wanted the cabin filter changed as it was part of the prepaid maintenance service. Although the mileage was not an issue being that the car is over 2 years old he advised it would be a good idea. He also took the time to check on the part back order to see if it arrived.
