My wife and I love this store they carry quality products and the staff is very helpful. However when we took our reactive dog into the store today to get her weighed an let her pick out some treats. We had to immediately leave as their was a dog running around off leash unattended in the store. So any reactive dog owners just a heads be extra careful

I have been shopping at the Edmonds All The Best for over four years now. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. Today I arrived at the store as the clocked ticked to 7pm. The person inside walked behind the counter and saw me at the door. I looked at my watch and at her, but she did not respond. I was bummed I missed it by LITERALLY five to ten seconds. In fact, I had time to walk to my car, and because I thought I would try once more, I drove to the door, got out and beckoned to the staff (it was still EXACTLY 7pm!). She just looked at me and shook her head, as the clock ticked to 7:01. I guess I am surprised that I was turned away like that - I certainly would have let me in to buy ONE bag of food. I will be shopping at alternative stores for the next little while until I get past my irritation:

I truly love this location! My Grandma has taken her dogs here for years and the workers, especially Elise and Haley, always take such good care of them both. They always have recommendations for my cat also, and my cat always loves everything I bring home!
