Just moved out from there after a year of Lease. Maintenance is very fast and responsive, also Office staves are helpful but apartment is being very cheapie. I saw my neighbors car vandalized couple times here, and couple carts were just parked around the apartment for over a week. Anywho, it’s not that bad.

Would never suggest these apartments to anyone. Very rude staff, especially Benjamin. Garbage/old furniture sits by the dumpsters for months, amenities were closed/“under construction” for the majority of my lease, so much theft in the small parking lot, never anywhere to park, I could go on… 😅 definitely would suggest not renting here!

It’s my first apartment with my girlfriend and it’s been quite an experience. Staff does a phenomenal job handling maintenance requests, but they also come off as exceptionally rude, except for Krystal, she is super awesome!!! Staff is friendly and grounds well maintained <but> my lease expired March 2020 before the lock downs. Rent jumped from $1680 to $2000. Now rent is going to jump to $2100 with a new lease or $2250 with a month to month.
