Mara Mueller at Land Rover Redwood City took care of me for my warranty service to repair x4 of my wheels. She followed up w original contract from Las Vegas dealership to verify ball the details. Unfortunately, we found out that original contract only covered $120/wheel and local vendor in Redwood City was charging $150/wheel. Luckily, after contacting my original Salesman (Kevin Kesick) at LV, he was able to negotiate and cover the difference. Great service from both Land Rover representatives to help me and take great care of their customers. The wheel repairs were perfectly done. 2 wheels had major scratches and they all look brand new. Glad I purchased the wheel warranty which covered any wheel repairs for 5years. Make sure to know the difference between machine vs spot repairs. Makes a big difference and you will not see any mismatching of color and shine w the machine repair. Spot repair should be sufficient for small repairs. I hope I don’t see Mara too often for additional repairs or services but when I do, I’ll make sure to request for Mara in the future cuz I know I can count her to take care of me. She also made sure I always got a loaner car during my service. However, make sure you check gas level before you pull away cuz both times I had to fill the gas tank at my cost for me to use it..

They reached out wanting to buy my BMW. Expressed they NEED inventory and will give me a very competitive offer. When I took it in they offered half of the Kelly Blue Book Value and other offers from other dealerships. Complete waste of time and lowballed the heck out of me. Don’t waste you’re time bringing your car here to sell.

Consumer beware! They decided to raise the price of the vehicle I was interested in by 5K right before I was about to submit a credit check. They told me that it was due to an “error”, however this was simply not true. Classic bait and switch. Consumers beware!

I dropped my car off yesterday to have it diagnostic came back today to pick it up and the wind shield is broken talk to the manager he said he can’t do anything for me every time you come to this dealership make sure you take pictures of your car all over

Sorry ms Lew for late response, at this time they don't have the F-pace in stock . I would recommend calling them direct , they might have an idea to when new model arrivals be .
