I discovered Dr. Premtripathi through Tiktock after searching video reviews of doctors in my area who do a procedure I was interested in. After a few consultations with other doctors, I chose Dr. Prem because he really put my mind at ease and took the time to answer any and all questions I had. I am so happy I chose his practice! The staff are incredible and I felt truly valued as a patient. Dr. Prem has an excellent “bedside manner” which is great for anyone that is anxious getting a procedure. Tried getting info on some stuff and the girl I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. I want to get botox, but I'm new to it and had some questions. She genuinely seemed annoyed and answered my questions in an attitude as if I should already know?? I asked to speak with someone else and I could hear them talking before I spoke to someone else who seemed just as annoyed. I just wanted to understand and see if I could get a consultation. We use a topical anesthetic to keep your treatment areas completely numb so you’re comfortable throughout the procedure. For a few days after your treatment, your skin may feel a bit raw and warm and look red, similar to a sunburn.
We measure dermal filler volumes in mL or syringes, and the amount you’ll need depends on the area you’re treating. Cheeks typically require between 1 and 3 mL per side. For wrinkles and folds, lip injections, and jawline contouring, each area can range between .5 and 2 mL. During the consultation process, we’ll start by discussing your goals to determine the amount you’ll need.
BOTOX results typically appear after about 7 to 10 days. This timing varies a bit for other neurotoxins. For example, Dysport typically takes effect in just a day or 2.
