The gym is great but they are not ethical. Once you sign up they do not provide any customer service. They don't even return your phone calls. It is impossible to cancel even within 48 hours. They are very pushy about you signing up as a member or making you sign a coaching 3 months contract and if you are not satisfied after the first session, they do not try to communicate with you and help you. I am trying to cancel mine and did let them know within 48 hours and I am still waiting for a phone call. My daughter took a monthly membership and was still charged even after cancelling a month ahead of time, Be careful before signing up anything with them and do not respond to their unprofessional pressure especially because they will not talk to you after you sign and don't seem to care if you are unhappy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOLD'S GYM - VERY UNETHICAL
