The hotel was wonderful, but the staff is top notch. The check in person was very gracious, polite, informative, and friendly. Evangelina went above and beyond to help me with getting a item I left back to me. If you stay in Pomona, stay here! You won't regret it.

The reception staff were unhelpful and seemed to enjoy it. I had to talk to the manager. Now I see where they get it. She was very arrogant and condescending, enjoying playing with her "authority". They charge outrageously for parking. I see one reviewer said $35, they charged me $45. I wonder where that extra money went. If they steal from you at the table, they will steal from you when you leave your room. Terrible area. Lots of sketchy people hanging around the hotel. Looks like they rent out some rooms by the hour. There were holes in the walls, all the walls had scuffs that were painted. The bathroom had holes in the walls. This place and management are rubbish.

Great clean hotel. The only issue I got is that they just recently started to charge for parking. I stay here very frequently and they used to have a security guard that verify that you where a guest and let you park, now you have to park and pay 12 dollars per night for you’re stay. I usually stay 12 days a time minimum and it adds up quickly. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. I’m giving 4 starts due to the new parking payment.

On behalf of TCI transportation: We hosted our annual Managers Leadership Summit here for the first time. Location was perfect for the group. Conference rooms well equipped, staff very attentive and helpful. Maria in the events department was great in assisting with setting up our meeting rooms and selecting all food accommodations and schedule. Would recommend location for future events.
