We have been here for a year and a half. It is a nice, quiet, family friendly atmosphere. The other residents are all very friendly, and will greet you as you are walking throughout the property. Maintenance is always quick to respond even with a minimal concern.

My family and I have lived for 10+ years and we plan to stay here for many years to come! The neighborhood is very lively with people of all types of ethnic backgrounds living here. It is also very well maintained and clean, with regular sidewalk cleaning and gardening. My favorite part about living here is the number of amenities it provides. There’s a gym, a laundromat, playground, community help center, and many more resources for people of all ages. The best part of all is that all these services are free! This neighborhood is definitely one of the best in this area, and super affordable too!
