Very clean and well kept store. The aisle are easy to move through. The shelves are stocked, if there is a storage signs are in place to alter the customer. Multiple checkout line as well as self checkout. Pharmacy on site as well as a bank. Staff is courteous and helpful.

Very busy with only a few register open, including self checkout. Understandable with the staff shortage. However, after waiting in line for 15-20 minutes I get up to the self checkout to find out you can't use it without their advantage card. Now I remember why I quit going to giant eagle, stuff that makes zero sense and wastes everyone's time.
